If you have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer, you may be eligible for treatment referral through the Utah Cancer Control Program. For more information, contact us at 1-800-717-1811.

You may be eligible for Medicaid treatment under the:
Breast and Cervical Prevention and Treatment Act (BCCPTA)

 

Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer through the Utah Cancer Control Program will receive help coordinating free or low-cost treatment.
