Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Act

Women diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer by any healthcare provider may be eligible for Medicaid treatment referral through the Utah Cancer Control Program (UCCP) if she meets ALL of the following requirements:

• Diagnosis of breast or cervical cancer after July 1, 2001 that requires treatment
• Under the age of 65
• Has no medical insurance or insurance with "no creditable coverage"
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Meets the following income guidelines
